Who we are
This website is run by VAR Productions Pty Ltd, trading as That Content Agency, in New South Wales, Australia. Where this policy says "we" or "us", that is who it means.
This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the work we do inside a client's own systems, which is governed by the agreement we sign with that client.
The short version
This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts. We do not set any cookies of our own. The only place you can hand over personal information is the booking calendar, and that is entirely your choice.
What we collect
When you just read the site
Nothing that identifies you personally is collected by us. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs which include IP addresses, browser type and which pages were requested. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts. That request tells Google your IP address and browser. We do not receive that information and cannot link it to you.
When you book a call
The booking calendar at the bottom of our pages is provided by GoHighLevel. If you book a time, you give it your name, email address, phone number and time zone, plus anything else you type into it. That information comes to us so we can hold the call and follow up about it.
The calendar is embedded from GoHighLevel and sets its own cookies in your browser. Those cookies are theirs, not ours. If you scroll past the calendar without using it, you have not given us anything.
When you email or call us
The email and phone links on this site open your own email app or dialler. Nothing is sent anywhere until you send it. Once you contact us we keep what you sent so we can reply.
What we do with it
- Reply to you, hold the call you booked, and follow up about it
- Send you the things you asked for, such as a proposal or a prep brief
- Keep our own business records
We do not sell your information. We do not trade it, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you booked a call.
Who else sees it
Three services sit behind this site, and each sees a different slice:
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps the server logs described above
- Google Fonts serves the typeface and receives your IP address in the process
- GoHighLevel runs the booking calendar and holds what you enter into it
These providers operate outside Australia, including in the United States, so information handled by them is stored and processed overseas. Beyond these, we share personal information only where we have to for legal or accounting reasons.
Cookies
We set none. The booking calendar sets third-party cookies when it loads, as described above. If you would rather not have them, most browsers can block third-party cookies, and the rest of the site works normally without the calendar.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as they are useful for the reason you gave them to us, and for as long as our tax and business record-keeping obligations require. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email vihan@thatcontentagency.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, normally well under 30 days.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first so we can put it right. If that does not resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We keep access to our own accounts limited and protected. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not claim otherwise, but we treat anything you send us as confidential.
Changes
If we add anything to this site that collects information, such as analytics or an advertising pixel, we will update this policy before turning it on. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
