What you walk away with

A system your team can run without us

One day Start to finish

A working content system, and a month of content already filmed. Your team learns to plan, film and edit it themselves, using the same system we run to produce content for our own clients. Your voice, not an agency's.

Why this exists

Two bad options, and a third

Almost every business we speak to is stuck choosing between making content badly themselves, or paying someone to make content that doesn't sound like them.

Option one

Do it yourselves

Which usually means it doesn't happen. A burst of it one month, then nothing for six. Every video starts from a blank page, nobody's sure what good looks like, and it loses to client work every single week.

Option two

Pay someone else

Which works until you look at what comes back. Same generic shots, same captions, technically fine and completely interchangeable with your competitors. Three weeks and a booking for something that should have gone out on Tuesday.

Option three

Own it. We spend a day with your team teaching them the system: planning, filming, editing, and the AI that runs through all three. They build their version of it in the room, and by the time we leave they've filmed roughly a month of content and know how to make more.

Who it's for

Worth being honest about the fit

This is for you if

  • You're a founder-led business, roughly 10–50 people, with or without a marketing team
  • You want your brand to sound like you, not like a template
  • At least one person's job will genuinely include this. It doesn't have to be a marketer
  • Someone is willing to be on camera
  • You're paying for content and quietly unhappy with it, or you want it and won't outsource it

It isn't for you if

  • No one will be responsible for it afterwards. If it's everyone's job in general and nobody's in particular, it won't survive the first busy week
  • Nobody will go on camera
  • You'd rather someone else made the content. That's a production retainer, and a different conversation
  • You only want cinematic work; brand films and TV-style ads need a crew and a budget
What we cover

Three stages, then the install

Three stages across the day. Between a quarter and a third of it is AI, because that's genuinely how content gets made now, through the planning and through the edit, rather than as a gimmick bolted on the end.

Stage 01

Planning

Never start from a blank page again

Content pillars defined for your business rather than borrowed. An AI pre-production set built from our prompt templates and loaded with your positioning, your industry's language and your own writing, so what comes out sounds like you. A hook library. A 90-day bank of ideas, generated in the room. And the monthly planning ritual that keeps it stocked.

Stage 02

Filming

Make it look professional with what you already own

Framing, lighting and audio using your existing space and the phones in your pockets. Shot lists for each format: talking head, demo, walkthrough, B-roll, client story. And your own studio setup card, photographed in your office, so the exact conditions are repeatable the week after we've gone.

Stage 03

Editing

Fifteen minutes, not an afternoon

Your branded editing template, built on the day. The 15-minute edit, step by step. AI captioning, transcript-to-clip, and turning one long piece into eight short ones. Everyone edits their own footage, which is the part that actually transfers.

The install, last 30 minutes

The half hour everyone else skips. A named owner and a backup. The filming cadence booked into real calendars. The approval path agreed, because content usually dies waiting for a sign-off nobody planned for. And a simple dashboard: what's published, what's in the bank, what's next.

Hands-on throughout. Roughly half the day is production, in pairs, everyone filming and everyone on camera. It's why you finish holding real content rather than notes.

The day

Hour by hour

TimeStageWhat happens
9:00 – 10:30PlanningPillars, the AI idea engine, hook library. We finish with the month's content decided.
10:30 – 11:00FilmingSetup, framing, lighting, audio. The handful of things that separate professional from amateur.
11:00 – 1:00ProductionHands on. Talking-head and demo formats, in pairs.
1:00 – 1:30Lunch
1:30 – 2:30ProductionB-roll, process footage and walkthroughs. The library you'll cut into everything for the next year.
2:30 – 3:30EditingYour template, the 15-minute edit, AI captioning and repurposing.
3:30 – 4:00InstallOwner, cadence, approvals, dashboard.

Minimum two people, ideal eight to ten. A fuller room genuinely works better, because people film each other in pairs and whoever's nervous about being on camera gets carried along by everyone else doing it too.

What you keep

Yours after we leave

Your Notion workspace

The whole system. Our structure, filled in by your team on the day, and yours to edit forever.

The day, recorded

So when you hire someone in six months, they get onboarded into the system without us.

A 90-day idea bank

Your team generates it on the day. You came for a month; you leave with a quarter.

Roughly a month of content

Filmed, edited and ready to publish before you've left the room.

30 days of support

Email or Slack. Real access, not a form.

A 30-day review call

We look at what actually got published, and fix whatever's sticking.

Investment

Priced by the size of the room

2 – 5 people $2,500 + GST Standard $3,500
6 – 10 people $3,500 + GST Standard $4,750
11 – 15 people $4,500 + GST Standard $6,000

Everything on this page is included at every tier. 50% to book, 50% on the day. Rescheduling is free with a week's notice.

The founding rate closes 31 October

We're running the first three at this price in exchange for a short filmed testimonial and permission to use some of the footage. There are three delivery slots before the December shutdown, then nothing until February.

What it replaces

Against what you're already spending

What you'd otherwise pay forMarket cost
A month of agency-produced social content$2,000 – 6,000 / month
A videographer for a single shoot day$1,200 – 2,500 / day
Batch clip production$180 – 200 / clip
A junior content hire$70,000+ / year

One day costs less than a month of what you're already spending, and at the end of it you own the system, so the month after that costs you nothing.

Our guarantee

Two of them, both specific

On the day

You finish with the system built and a month of content in the bank, or you don't pay.

After the day

If your team hasn't published from the system within 30 days, we come back for a half day, free.

We deliberately don't guarantee views, followers or leads. Those depend on things outside the room, and promising them would make everything else here less believable.

Common questions

The five we get asked most

We already have an agency
Keep them. They should be doing strategy and the big set pieces. This is for the eighty percent of content that never justified a shoot in the first place.
Our team isn't creative
That's what the system is for. Nobody invents anything from scratch. They run a process with prompts, templates and a shot list. Creativity is the part we're removing.
We tried this before and it fizzled out
It usually does, because the training ends and nobody owns it. That's why we name an owner, book the cadence and agree the approval path before we leave, and why we'll come back free if you haven't published in 30 days.
Can't we just use AI for all of it?
You should, and we'll set it up. It's a third of the day. But AI won't stand in front of a camera, and it won't decide what's worth saying. It makes a good system fast; it doesn't replace having one.
We don't have the equipment
You have phones. That's deliberate, because the moment this depends on gear it stops happening.
What happens next

Three steps

Step 01

Book a call

Twenty minutes, this week. We work out whether this is right for you before anyone talks about money.

Step 02

Pick your date

We confirm a day that suits your team, take the 50% deposit and send the prep brief.

Step 03

We run the day

Seven hours at your office. You finish with the system built and a month of content in the bank.

The founding rate closes 31 October, and there are three delivery slots before the December shutdown. Book the day in November and you go into January with a quarter of content already banked, instead of coming back in February to an empty feed.

Next step

Book a 20-minute call

No deck and no pitch. We'll work out how content actually gets made in your business today, how much you published last month against how much you wanted to, and whether this is worth doing at all. If it isn't, we'll tell you.
